Cloud-enshrouded Lovers Leap Estate in western Nuwara Eliya is one of the best tea gardens in Sri Lanka. This Orange Pekoe tea's fragrant leaves yield a coppery liquor with an astringent and lively taste. Steep 3-7 minutes at a water temperature just below boiling. Excellent with milk and sugar.
