Margaret's Hope Estate is located in the Kurseong North Valley of Darjeeling. It produces a khaki-colored tea that is very aromatic in the dry leaf. This tea brews a russet-colored liquor that is bracing, perfumy and sapid with complex character that lingers on the tongue. Steep at a water temperature just below boiling, infusing for 3 minutes.
