This certified organic Darjeeling from one of India's finest estates is characteristically bright, fruity and pleasantly pungent.  It is a second-flush tea that produces a dark amber liquor with full mouthfeel.  Use 1 rounded teaspoon dry leaf per 6-ounce cup and steep at a water temperature near boiling for 3 minutes.
