Fragrant in the dry leaf, our Jing Mei Green tea is grown in northwest Fujian province on China's southeastern coast. Literally "Needle Eyebrow" tea, the curve of the processed tea leaves resembles that of an eyebrow. The infused leaves produce a tea liquor with rich aroma and mellow, satisfying taste. Use 3g or 1 rounded teaspoon dry leaves per 6 ounces of spring water heated to a temperature of 175-185F, steeping for 3-4 minutes. This tea can handle multiple infusions.
