For those who truly love China Greens, this is a nice tea with an interesting leaf shape.  It brews a liquor with a prominent chestnuty aroma and flavor that does not dissipate quickly with a long sweet finish. Given their minimalist processing, green teas tend to be subtle and restrained; this one is a standout.  Heat water to 175-185° and use 3g of dry leaves (approximately 1 rounded teaspoon) for every 6 ounces of water, steeping 3-4 minutes.
