Organic Kuki Homare (Honorable Stems)

This is Holy Mountain's special organic Japanese sencha stem tea. It is made the same way as sencha, however instead of using the leaves, the stems are processed. It produces a clear and clean cup, fragrantly delicious and delicate with a slight astringency. Use spring water at a temperature well below boiling; infuse one to three minutes.
