This vintage 2017 green tea grown on Mount Kenya, the second-highest in Africa after Kilimanjaro, is naturally low in caffeine. The infused liquor brews clean, smooth and lively, with notes of freshly toasted oats, resulting in a delicious cup of tea. Use 1 teaspoon (3g) dry leaves for every 6 ounces of spring water heated to 175┬░F, infusing for 3 minutes. Increase the time with each subsequent steeping until the flavor begins to fade.
