From Fuding county in Fujian province comes this high-grade white tea vintage 2016 from Da Bai,
or large white tea trees. It is produced in the spring from leaves that are covered with white down. The golden tea liquor has a smooth, delicate taste and pleasant finish devoid of astringency or grassy flavors. The leaves can be steeped multiple times. A long steep at a low water temperature will bring out the more flavorful notes of this satisfying tea.
