This attractive, long-leafed Chinese black tea is blended with bits of blood orange, the brilliant crimson fruit pleasantly contrasting with the chocolate-black dried tea base.  Blood oranges' red pigment, anthocyanin, like tea, is an antioxidant.  Round and full with the subtle aroma of orange blossoms, the deep orange-brown liquor has a smooth flavor and makes an excellent candidate for iced tea. Use 1 generous tsp. dried leaf (3-4g) per 6-ounce cup of spring water heated to just below boiling (212°).  Pour hot water over leaves and steep 3 minutes.
