This first-flush vintage 2014 Darjeeling infuses an amber liquor that is pungent and sweet with citrus notes, a full mouthfeel and a mildly astringent aftertaste. This is a pleasant tea that is enjoyable throughout the day. Use 1 generous tsp. dried leaf (3-4g) per 6-ounce cup of spring water. Pour boiling
