This Formosan tea vintage 2017 has full dark oolong aroma in the dry leaf with some silver tips. It brews a deep golden brown liquor with exceptionally smooth flavor. Use 1 teaspoon (3g) dry leaves for every 6 ounces of spring water heated to 170-185°F, infusing for 3 minutes. Increase the time with each subsequent steeping until the flavor begins to fade.
