Black Dragon Tea is grown using traditional farming methods in the Fuzhou area of Fujian Province. The dried leaves are homogenous, slender and medium-sized mixed with golden buds which are then lightly oxidized to emphasize their intense and subtle essence. With a pure, fresh aroma and delicate sweetness, the tea liquor is buoyant on the tongue and elaborates with a touch of malt and mellow fruitiness in the finish. Use 1 generous tsp. dried leaf (3-4g) per 6-ounce cup of spring water. Pour boiling
water over leaves and steep 4 minutes.
