Oolong Square Tea

Each Oolong Square/"brownie"/tea-bar is 8-9 grams and individually wrapped in plain white paper.  As is true of many good tasting green and oolong teas, this is very flavorful and enjoyable when cool.  The tea material is a Shui Hsien; however, unlike most teas from this varietal, Oolong Square Tea is only oxidized about 50 percent.  The liquor is an apricot color with an exceptional fragrance.  Use one tea square per 3 cups of water or one 15-ounce pot, steeping 4 minutes at 170-185°F.
