This vintage Spring 2011 artisanal oolong from the Cold Summit mountain area of Taiwan is carefully hand-picked then slow roasted over a bamboo charcoal fire. The process creates a tea with a light golden liquor, pleasing fragrance, and multifaceted, balanced taste, full of rich toasty notes. Use 4 to 5 grams dry leaves with spring water at a temperature of 90 to 100 C. (190 to 205 F.) and multiple short steepings.
