Our Honey Oolong from Lugu, Nantou, Taiwan has a complexity and depth rarely encountered in teas. The dried tea leaf is tightly rolled and honey sweet when brewed, with rich base notes and a provocative aroma. Use 1 rounded teaspoon per 6 ounces of water, steeping 4 minutes at 170-185°F.
