This spicy and invigorating blend is a traditional herbal cold remedy that utilizes ginger's healing properties and promotion of digestive health. Added liquorice root and spearmint soothes the throat. This caffeine-free tea consists entirely of ginger pieces, lemongrass, lemon peel, liquorice, and spearmint. Use 1 teaspoon tea per 8 oz. of boiling water, steeping 5-7 minutes.
