White Teas
Yellow-hued with a distinctive mellow flavor, white teas are high in antioxidants. The teas are
produced from buds and leaves that are steamed and dried without being rolled or fired. These have a delicate sweet taste and pale color in the cup. White teas are rare in India and Ceylon, and are more common in China.
