White Teas
Yellow-hued with a distinctive mellow flavor, white teas are high in antioxidants. The teas are
produced from buds and leaves that are harvested before the tea leaves are fully open, then are steamed and dried without being rolled or fired. These have a delicate sweet taste and pale color in the cup. White teas are rare in India and Ceylon, and are more common in China.
