The dragon is said to be the emblem of vigilance and safeguard, the minister of the will of the gods, and the guardian of their treasures. Of the three chief species of dragons, the lung is the most powerful and inhabits the sky. He is represented emerging from the clouds in this carved and embossed creamy-yellow teapot. Twin brass handles arch gracefully over the pot.   Embossed with brass handles, 4-1/2" diameter x 4-3/4" height; 12 ounces capacity
