To download RealOne Player:
Open the Real web page in your web browser http://uk.real.com/freeplayer;
Click on "Download Now" link for the free basic RealOne player at the lower right of the page.
A popup window should now open asking if you would like to install and run "RealOne Player installer," click on the button marked: "Yes"
Once the download has completed, you are presented with a window named "Download complete", click the "Run" button to
launch the installer, follow the instructions to install the software.
When prompted for your e-mail address and password, if you do not currently have an RealOne account click "Cancel."
Your free basic RealOne player is now available for use.
