This vintage 1995 pu-erh tea is grown in Vietnam and goes through a process of optimum fermentation and steaming in Yunnan province after which the tea is pressed into a disk-like cake. It is then aged to achieve a sublime aroma and yields a deep tawny tea liquor. Give it a long steep with full boiling water. 400g cake.
