This is Langhe factory's special green mini tuocha vintage 2013 with a good blend of material that should age well while still producing a drinkable cup now. The tea liquor is smooth and not too strong with a great finish. Use 6 ounces of spring water brought to a full boil per tuocha, steeping 3 minutes. Increase the steeping time with each subsequent resteep until the flavor starts to fade.
