One of China's ten famous teas, our Organic Chun Mee, also known as "precious eyebrow tea," hails from Jiangxi province vintage 2023. The curved shaped leaves brew a full bodied cup with a slightly acidic aftertaste. Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) dried tea leaves per 6 ounces of spring water heated to 175° to 185° F. and steep for 3-4 minutes.
