This is a
dramatic, bold tea with dark, long slender leaves from China's Guangdong province, harvested in autumn 2016; it is singular and quite fabulous. With a very high fragrance and a full, mouth-filling flavor, it's easy on the palate. This tea also works very well over ice. Use 1 teaspoon dry leaf per 6 ounces of nearly boiling fresh spring water, steeping for 4 minutes.
