Golden Sprouting Buds Black

This vintage spring 2019 Yunnan varietal has large, robust coppery-gold buds that yield a liquor with persistent sweet notes, an inviting aroma and pleasant finish. Use 1 generous teaspoon of dry leaf per 6 oz. cup. Pour boiling spring water over leaves and steep 4 minutes. It can also be steeped for as long as desired; it won’t become bitter, just stronger.
