This tea from Anhui province has a unique fruity flavor mixed with the fragrance of sweet potatoes and flower. The well-twisted buds and leaves brew a liquor that is bright and of a clear orange-red color, with a sweet fruity taste and lingering finish. Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) dry leaf per 6 ounces of spring water heated to boiling, steeping for 3 minutes.
