Tiger Hill is the most well-known garden of the Nilgiris. It produces a vintage 2020 tea of brisk liquor with good color and a pleasant, smooth finish. Drink it all day with a little milk; use 1 generous teaspoon dried leaf (3-4g) per 6-ounce cup of spring water heated to just below boiling (212°). Pour hot water over leaves and steep for 4 minutes.
