Our classic blend of malty, rich and robust India Assam FOP and Chinese Yunnan teas produces a full-flavored liquor stronger than an English Breakfast. It takes well to sugar and milk, and is Ireland's favorite cup.  Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) dry leaf per 6 ounces of spring water heated to boiling, steeping for 3 minutes.
