Organic Seeyok FTGFOP Darjeeling, 2nd Flush

From the award-winning Seeyok Tea Garden, established in 1869 on the Indo-Nepal border, this bio-dynamically grown Darjeeling vintage 2020 has a taste typical of a high-quality 2nd flush black tea.  The amber liquor is malty with subtle muscatel notes, a surprising toastiness, and a complex pleasant flavor with low astringency. Use a scant teaspoon (4 grams) of dry leaf per 6-ounce cup of spring water heated just to boiling, steeping 4 minutes.
