It yields a light tawny liquor with pleasing, balanced flavor and a rich finish. Use 1 teaspoon dried leaf (4-5g) per 6 oz. cup of spring water heated to just below boiling, steeping for three to six minutes.USDA issues your organic certification for the United States market
