This vintage 2022 organic Ceylon green made from long stylish Assamica leaves brews a deep golden liquor with a full rounded flavor and a slightly spicy finish.  Use 3g or 1 rounded teaspoon dry leaves per 6 ounces of spring water heated to a temperature of 175-185°F, steeping for 3-4 minutes.
