Decaffeinated Green Maofeng

For a long time, the only decaffeinated green tea was a sencha. This new Maofeng is more attractive and tastes better. This green tea has been decaffeinated via a carbon dioxide process. Use 3 grams dry weight of tea leaves (approx. 1 scant teaspoon) per 6 ounces of water heated to 170-180°F, steeping for 3 minutes.
