This golden-tipped tea has been grown in the well-known Mokalbari Estate in the upper Assam valley since 1917.  Its twisted black leaves brew a smooth, malty liquor with a full rich taste. Enjoyable with or without milk. Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) dry leaf per 6 ounces of spring water heated to boiling, steeping for 3 minutes.
