Our first grade Dragon Well (Lung Ching) vintage spring 2020 has leaves that are flat, long, fragrant and vibrant green and will yield several infusions of delicate, flowery aroma and flavor from its yellow-green liquor. Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) dried tea leaves per 6 ounces of spring water heated to 175° to 185° F. and steep for 3-4 minutes. This tea can handle multiple infusions; add fresh hot water to the pot and increase the steeping time slightly for subsequent infusions, repeating until the flavor starts to fade.

I have been drinking a Dragon Well Lung Ching from a large Australian tea retailer, costing $19 for 50 grams or 1.76 oz. Brewed my first Holy Mountain 1st Grade Dragon Well (Lung Ching) today and it is much rounder with none of the after bitterness that I had from my previous tea, plus the flavour is great. Except for a delivery delay caused by Australian quarantine, the whole order process was simple and quick. Thanks for a great tea at the right price!
