This organic Japanese sencha stem tea brews a dark golden-green liquor with a pleasantly mild, mouth-filling flavor and a nutty finish. Use 3 grams dry weight of tea leaves (approximately 1 scant teaspoon) per 6 ounces of spring water heated to 170-180°F, steeping for three minutes.USDA issues your organic certification for the United States market
