This quality in a black tea is rare. It is grown in Fujian province, and picked only in the early spring by highly skilled workers. The leaves are tightly rolled into the needle shapes which gives this tea its unique appearance. English-style tea drinkers will enjoy this tea for its rich taste and fine aroma. Use 1 generous tsp. dried leaf (3-4g) per 6-ounce cup of spring water heated to just below boiling (212°). Pour hot water over leaves and steep 4 minutes.
