This organic green Ti Kwan Yin is a lightly oxidized rolled oolong tea from the Wuyi region vintage 2019. It brews an aromatic light golden liquor with smooth, refreshing and mouth-filling flavor. Use 2 level teaspoons (4-5g) dried tea leaves per 6 ounces spring water at a temperature of 90° to 100° C. (190° to 205° F.) and multiple short steepings. Add fresh hot water to the pot and increase the steeping time for subsequent infusions, repeating until the flavor begins to fade.
