Grown in the mountain ravines of Shizuoka prefecture, our elegant Premium Sencha vintage spring 2025 is fragra5ntly aromatic in the dry leaf.  Its golden-green liquor is renowned for its balance of sweetness and bitterness, and for its smooth aftertaste. This carefully crafted and traditionally steam-processed sencha is a quality tea that stands up to repeated steepings. Use 1 teaspoon (3g) dried leaves per 6 ounces of spring water heated to 170-180°, steeping for 3 minutes.
