This vintage 2016 tea grown in the rugged highlands of Dashennongiia mountain in Hubei province produces a light golden green cup with vegetal top notes, delicate sweet flavor and a long finish.  Use one rounded teaspoon of dried leaves per 6-ounce cup of spring water temperature heated to a temperature of 175° to 185°F, infusing 3 to 4 minutes.
