From the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, Royal Red Robe brews a deep gold-light amber cup with its wet leaves giving a high mountain aroma. The liquor has a mild, smooth taste and an elegant, almost austere, fragrant finish.  Use 1 teaspoon (3g) dry leaves for every 6 ounces of spring water heated to 170-185°F, infusing for 4 minutes.
