This is a single-plucking vintage Spring 2023 tea -- sweet, nutty and creamy, better than a Dragon Well. It brews fairly rich for a green tea, not thin. The leaves are worthy of a closer look, bright green in the cup and then an olive-green spouting is evident after infusion. This is a truly delicious tea, even when cooled. Use 3g dry leaves per 6 ounces of 160° spring water and a gaiwan if you have this, and move the leaves around a bit. Let steep for a good 4 minutes, then enjoy. Also, try brewing it in a tall glass.
