Long and wiry in the dry leaf, this vintage 2013 green pu-erh from Southern Yunnan near the Burmese border brews a tawny brown liquor with smoky aroma, full flavor and an astringent finish. Try it using lots of leaf with a short steep many times with spring water heated to 80° to 90°C (180° to 195°F).
