It involves over 50,000 budsets to create a single pound of this new, modern-style black tea. The dry leaves infuse to a clear orange color liquor with natural fruity honey sweetness and a depth of flavor that lingers in the mouth. Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) dry leaf per 6 ounces of spring water heated to boiling, steeping for 3 minutes.
