Mount Kenya Oolong

This vintage 2020 oolong tea grown on Mount Kenya, the second-highest in Africa after Kilimanjaro, is meticulously crafted in small batches. Hand-plucked, withered, tossed, panned, rolled and then dried, these complex processing steps result in an exquisite cup of tea. Use 1 teaspoon (3g) dry leaves for every 6 ounces of spring water heated to 190°F, infusing for 3 minutes. Increase the time with each subsequent steeping until the flavor begins to fade.
