Tai Ping Hou Kui Green "Houkeng Leader"

I find this tea very smooth, capable of multiple infusions, and a rather fresh spring taste. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the very long leaves. Makes it a little difficult to get into a small pot or strainer, but worth the effort. Definitely one of my favorites!
