Domestic Shipping

Prices includes free shipping and handling within the continental United States on orders of $70 or more, unless otherwise noted.

A $7.95 shipping charge will be added to all orders shipped within the continental U.S. under $70.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO will be assessed U.S. Postal Service shipping charges at the time of shipment.

International Shipping

The prices for delivery to a specific country are based upon the weight and dimensions of the package. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service which is the most cost-efficient way of delivering goods. The best rates are available for total package weights of 4 pounds and under. Choose the destination country, enter item value and select shape Package. That will give an appraisal of the shipping price and the available options for delivery based upon the estimated weight of the package.

Depending on the service chosen, the parcel usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive in the destination country. Once it has arrived there may be local Customs duties required prior to obtaining the package which can add further time and fees. Every country is different in this respect.

Returns Policy

Should you find it necessary to return your recent purchase of our product, please follow the following guidelines:

1. All returned merchandise must be unused and returned in the same new condition in which it was originally received, with all accompanying original packaging. Any items returned used, damaged in any way or with missing components will not be refunded.

2. All returns must be authorized by Holy Mountain Trading Company. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when received.

3. Authorized returns for merchandise in original boxes and in new condition are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns are accepted on custom or special order items.

4. All returns must be made within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the shipment for orders within the United States. For foreign orders, the return must be made within sixty (60) days of the initial shipment.

5. All authorized returns will be fully refunded less restocking fees, shipping and handling charges.
