Keemun Maofeng, Fancy

From Anhui province in China comes this Keemun tea produced in spring 2019 when the leaves are sweet and delicate.  Careful handling at every step, including hand-rolling, charcoal firing and hand-sorting helps to concentrate the flavors of malt and honey.  This particular cup delivers the classic, deep amber liquor of Keemun with a softer, more nuanced and refined tea flavor.  Use 1 rounded teaspoon dry leaf (approximately 3g weight) per each 6-ounce cup of boiling water, steeping for 3 minutes.
